ACCC teams have hit the road to Kansas to prepare for the 2015 NJCAA National Basketball Tournaments. Men's champion Faulkner State heads to Hutchinson, KS to begin play on Monday, March 16, while women's champion Lawson State heads to Salina, KS. ACCC women's tournament runner-up Wallace-Hanceville also joins the field as a zone qualifier.
The Sun Chiefs will open the men's tournament when they take on the Apaches of Tyler Junior College (TX) at 10:00 am CT. The Sun Chiefs enter the tournament as the #16 seed.
The Lady Cougars of Lawson State, a #23 seed, will begin play Monday when they also take on Tyler Junior College (TX). Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 pm CT.
Wallace-Hanceville drew a #19 seed and will open play on Tuesday, March 17 at 10:00 am CT when they take on Eastern Arizona College.
